Leeds - Pedestrian Guardrail System

The main consideration of our Customer when developing our Guardrail systems for Leeds was adjustability. The specification required that the bespoke panels should have enough adjustability/Tolerance within the product to afford the contractor onsite the flexibility to install the panels at different Angles and Rakes to suit the varied terrain. The simplicity of installation was the key to our success with the supplied system (pictured below). By using a combination of adjustable infill bars to allow the panel to self rake and oval slots for the panels to be angled, The panels became universal in nature. The joints were cloaked with Caps and Anti-Tamper Fixings to provide a robust and yet flexible solution. The Latest 3D Design tools were used in creating the panels and Photo Realistic 3D renders of the product were produced to aid our customer confirm that the panel was to their specification. This 3D Design Service helps us give customers an accurate visualisation of what the end product will look like and how it will perform prior to manufacture.
